Round table of leaders from Christian rehabilitation centres

The second Round table of leaders from Christian rehabilitation centres was held on 20 September. The first meeting was held in April this year, at which all of those gathered formed a professional union.

The meeting, held in the rooms of the Hulja Congregation of the Estonian Christian Pentecostal Church, involved listening to a report on what has been done and setting goals for the coming period. We want to boost communication between centres and support and learn from one another even more. It was discussed how cooperation could be made more effective and how we could be more accessible to those in need, recommending different rehabilitation centres if necessary. The round table also discussed gatherings and cooperation in the future, as well as development opportunities for addiction specialists. An important item on the agenda was improving cooperation with state and local government authorities, and the specific measures to be taken in this area.
