In order to create a rehabilitation team that supports rehabilitation centres across Estonia, it is essential to complete in-service training of a rehabilitation team specialist. Addiction counsellor Viljam Borissenko has now completed the postgraduate programme at the University of Tartu Pärnu College: In-service Training of a Rehabilitation Team Specialist (156 hours, 6 EAP), during the period of 7.10.2021-14.01.2022.
The course focused in-depth on the legal foundation and laws, the processes and the provision of services associated with social and work-related rehabilitation.
